Auto Login dengan RSH


Hoammm… daripada ngantuk ga jelas mo ngapain, daripada waktu terbuang sia2 mending posting simple2 aj :mrgreen:

RSH bisa dibaca di wikipedia. sebenarnya case RSH tidak aman, maka sampe sekarang SSH masih powerfull untuk dipakai. Berikut dokumentasi nya:

Autologin dengan RSH.

0. Cek paket

[root@eptcproc5 ~]# rpm -qa | grep rsh
rsh-0.17-40.el5
rsh-server-0.17-40.el5
[root@eptcproc5 ~]# 

1. vim /etc/hosts.equiv

[root@eptcproc5 ~]# cat /etc/hosts.equiv

eptcprocdb
eptcomega1

2. vim /etc/hosts

[root@eptcproc5 ~]# cat /etc/hosts

5. Aktifkan konfigurasinya

[root@eptcproc5 ~]# chkconfig rsh on
[root@eptcproc5 ~]# chkconfig --list rsh
rsh             on
[root@eptcproc5 ~]# cat /etc/xinetd.d/rsh
# default: on
# description: The rshd server is the server for the rcmd(3) routine and, \
#       consequently, for the rsh(1) program.  The server provides \
#       remote execution facilities with authentication based on \
#       privileged port numbers from trusted hosts.
service shell
{
        socket_type             = stream
        wait                    = no
        user                    = root
        log_on_success          += USERID
        log_on_failure          += USERID
        server                  = /usr/sbin/in.rshd
        disable                 = no
}

6. Cek service

[root@eptcproc5 ~]# chkconfig --list rlogin
rlogin          on
[root@eptcproc5 ~]# cat /etc/xinetd.d/rlogin
# default: on
# description: rlogind is the server for the rlogin(1) program.  The server \
#       provides a remote login facility with authentication based on \
#       privileged port numbers from trusted hosts.
service login
{
        socket_type             = stream
        wait                    = no
        user                    = root
        log_on_success          += USERID

7. Restart

[root@eptcproc5 ~]# service xinetd restart

Starting xinetd:                                           [  OK  ]
[root@eptcproc5 ~]#

Lakukan konfigurasi yg sama di kedua mesin. dan jangan lupa install rsh dan rsh-server
